Painted on location early in the morning before the fog lifted at Mayport, Florida at the mouth of the St. Johns River near Jacksonville.

This was painted early in the morning on location at Fernandina, on Amelia Island at the very northern tip of Florida on the Atlantic Ocean side. The shrimp boat industry although active shows its sign of wear and tear as was the case with this building at the pier. A paper mill is evident in the distance on the far left.
