This is another painting I have done on Riberia Street in St. Augustine during the early morning hours on a quiet Sunday. The name of the boat was something other than what I painted. The name of the boat was something other than what I painted. I often change the name on boats to friends names or in this case our rescue dog Mickey. The rowboat in the foreground kept drifting around in different positions but I liked it best when it was facing me as it gave it a more perspective look. The background was kept soft so as to bring more attention to the boats.
