Painted for another one of our PBS television series, “Painting and Travel”, the subject was at a fascinating mining museum in Butte, Montana. We spent several days at the museum, painting and filming. I had to finish the painting in the studio because not long after I began the painting rain set in and kept me from continuing the piece.
